Tayba Academy offers one free trial session of 30 minutes for new students only.
The free trial is not available to current students, or in case of changing the plan or teacher.
We guarantee a 100% refund if you are not satisfied, provided the subscription is canceled during the first week of classes.
After that, fees for attended classes are non-refundable, but you can request a refund for the remaining sessions if you choose to stop.
Students must enter the class at least two minutes before the scheduled time with all necessary materials ready.
The teacher will start the class on time.
If the student is not present, the teacher will wait 5 minutes and send a reminder email, staying in the classroom for a maximum of 15 minutes.
If the student does not arrive within this time, the class is marked as an unexcused absence and will not be rescheduled.
If the student arrives late, the class will continue only until the scheduled end time.
If the teacher is late or absent, please contact the support team immediately.
If no teacher or substitute shows up, a free make-up class will be scheduled within one week at a time convenient for the student.
Students must notify us at least 2 hours in advance by email if they need to miss a class for an acceptable reason.
Acceptable reasons include: illness, medical appointments, work or school obligations, national holidays, or technical issues (internet, Zoom, computer).
Monthly excused hours based on student’s plan:
4 hours/month = 1 excused hour
10 hours/month = 1.5 excused hours
20 hours/month = 2 excused hours
No refunds are given for any absence, but excused absences may be rescheduled within the allowed monthly limit.
Any absence that is not reported in advance or not covered by the excused absence policy will be considered unexcused and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
If a teacher is absent for any reason, a free make-up class will be scheduled within one week.
The administration may assign a substitute teacher if the original teacher is unavailable. The substitute will use the same Zoom classroom and follow the academy’s lesson plan.

Tuition is billed every four weeks at the start of each cycle. Payments should be made only via Tayba Academy’s official PayPal account. No refunds are issued for any missed classes, excused or unexcused. Make-up classes are offered only under the attendance policy guidelines.
We encourage students to continue their classes during Ramadan to maintain progress and consistency. Class schedules will consider the times of Iftar, Suhoor, and Taraweeh prayers. Students may request reduced homework during Ramadan. If a student needs to pause classes, they must inform us at least two weeks before Ramadan. To retain the same schedule and teacher after Ramadan, 50% of the monthly fee must be paid during the break.
Some classes may be recorded internally for quality assurance purposes only. These recordings are not shared and are used solely by the administration. Supervisors may attend classes periodically to monitor quality. For female students, a female supervisor will be assigned. Students are strictly prohibited from recording classes in any form (audio or video) to protect teacher privacy.
Tayba Academy will be closed on the following occasions: Eid Al-Fitr: 3 days, Eid Al-Adha: 5 days. These holidays are not deducted from tuition nor compensated with extra classes.
We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all student information. No data is shared with any external party. Students must update their contact details (email, phone, Zoom/Skype) when changes occur. All complaints are taken seriously and addressed promptly.
